The Other Red Meat

Horse, its whats for dinner. While culinary exploration is an unofficial requirement for being a volunteer we never really though that we would indeed be eating horse, and not only horse meat but intestines as well. So not even two weeks after putting down her first steak Allison heroically sat down and ate some horse with me and our hashaa father Bymba. Horse is actually pretty tasty, just as tender as beef but it has a little more flavor. Nothing like a big bowl of horse.

Horse!!! I bet your Mom is painting her herd to look like some sacred Mongolian animal...if there is one! If paint does not work I'm sure Bri will be learning how to tattoo soon...those would be some good pictures huh?

Well not into exotic meats here---just the same old dog and cats....oops sorry Nick....better stay slim over the winter!

On your next bolg entry---a little weather report would be nice.

Hang in there - sounds like your sense of humor is still there....that's good!

UJ,AD,CJ,CM and an old dog...Sophie that is.

Horse?
Getty up buttercup! Yum Yum! Hello Mike & Al- was good to here from you at Thanksgiving. Hope you guys are hangin in. I bet you have a whole new apreciation for the good old USA. I thought I would run through my day for you to let you know how we live here- in case you forgot. Go's a little like this- This morning I woke up to my I-pod alarm clock with the soft start option, as I leaned over to hit the snooze button the down comforter slid off my chest. The flanel sheets are so comfy, but I guess I'll work my way to the bathroom with heated floors and take a leak in my self cleaning toilet with auto flush. After rinsing my hands in warm water from the faucet I will open the automatic dishwasher and pull out a coffee mug to pour my coffee from my already made hot pot of Strbucks coffee that made itself at 5 am in the "grind and brew" coffee maker. MMMMMMM thats good - but a little hot- no problem - I'll just dispence a couple of ice cubes from my door front filtered water/ice despencer in the door of the freezer. Oh look the sun is rising - so butifull as I look out my thero-pane sliding door in my 72 deg. livingroom on my leather couch. I guess I'll jump in the shower now - one problem? should I use the 6 body sprays or just the 3-setting shower head with unlimited hot water? Whatever , both sound good today. After the shower I'll remove my jeans and shirt from my automatic cloths dryer still warm from the morning fluffing. Opps - almost forgot to hit the auto start on the luqury automoble so i'ts warm for my GPS guided commute to work. Off I go in my car with leather heated seats and a 10 speaker HD stereo system and flat panel display. --I won't bother you with the rest of the day. :) Just joshin ya. See ya soon

Love Ya Jake And Stacy
